Modern Slavery Act Compliance

 Modern Slavery Statement

This is Modern Slavery Statement.

No instances of modern slavery have been identified in our operations or supply chains this year.

We have advanced our anti-modern slavery initiatives and met our aims as outlined in the previous year’s statement:

  1. Training for Suppliers: We provided further training to higher-risk and higher-spend suppliers on human rights and modern slavery risks, highlighting the standards required under our Supplier Code of Conduct.

  1. Supplier Due Diligence: We expanded our supplier due diligence checks and monitored the progress of suppliers where improvement was needed.

  1. Review of Purchasing Practices: We reviewed our purchasing practices to ensure we do not exert undue pressure on suppliers, thereby reducing the risk of human rights issues.

  1. Modern Slavery Policy and Training: We published and promoted our new Modern Slavery Policy and Response Plan, and carried out expanded training for our teams responsible for implementing these measures.

  1. Client Acceptance Process: We integrated human rights risk factors into our client acceptance process and released a UK Client & Engagement Acceptance Addendum policy to ensure thorough research on all clients, including adverse environmental, social, and governance outcomes.
